Shop Front Door Repair

Another recent project was carried out by our team for a shop front. 

We were called out to diagnose and repair a door in the front of a shop. When we arrived, the problem was clear to see, the door wouldn’t close properly. In order to identify the cause of the issue, the door had to come off.

Once the door had been removed, the cause of the problem was clear to see. Upon closer inspection, the existing bottom pivot had collapsed. This had to be removed and replaced with a sturdy, universal bottom pivot.

Once we replaced the pivot and fixed the door, we also replaced the worn-out Transom door closer.
